You can choose to modify one of our Stock Plans, or we can take your ideas and create them into actual Construction Documents to be used for the construction of your new house. REMODELS AND ADDITIONS

Our Remodels and Additions is a unique service that we provide to our customers We will actually come out to your house and visit about your dreams regarding an addition, or remodel to the your existing house. On our initial meeting we prefer to meet at at house where we can look at it, and discuss your dreams and ideas. At that time, we will give you our recommendations, and suggestions, to help create a design so that the it will look as though it has never been added onto, or remodeled. When we create plans for your remodel, or additions, we will first photograph and measure the existing house. We then use the photographs and measurements to create an existing floor, and from the existing floor plan we will create a Preliminary Design of the new floor plan. We constantly keep you updated with the progress of the design development by sending you

the updates by email so that you can actually see the progress of the design and plans.
