and Remodels for Single-Family and Multi-Family projects. Our specialty is Affordable Housing, with our main

objective to keep construction costs low. We have incorporated aspects of the "Green" design and construction,

building envelope thermal/energy performance, and some alternate energy applications into our projects. We

focus on the design of spaces to make your house feel warm and inviting like a very expensive house.

Scott Benthin has been designing Award Winning Houses, and developing construction documents since 1985,

and has created over 6800 projects. The majority of these projects have been built in the Mid-West and

West-Coast of the United States, also including Alaska, Hawaii and Japan. Our plans and specifications are

developed in the English language, but upon your request we can also develop your construction documents in

Spanish, German and Dutch to accommodate the language needs of your construction crews. We pride our

ability in creating the perfect design relationship between the needs of our clients and the environment which it's

built.
